Volunteer with Oasis of Change

I, hereby agree to volunteer for Oasis of Change Inc. ("Oasis of Change", "the Organization").

I understand that my volunteer services will be performed on a strictly voluntary basis and will not be compensated monetarily. I agree to provide my time and services to Oasis of Change for the purpose of supporting the organization's mission and goals.

I acknowledge that the work performed is on a volunteer basis and that there is no employment relationship with Oasis of Change. I am not entitled to receive a salary, remuneration, or employee benefits. Volunteer services do not constitute a guarantee or promise of future employment, nor do they entitle me to greater consideration for any future employment opportunities.

I acknowledge that I will be required to abide by the policies and procedures set forth by Oasis of Change, including but not limited to its code of conduct and confidentiality agreement. I understand that any breach of these policies may result in the termination of my volunteer agreement and/or legal action.

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Oasis of Change and its directors, officers, employees, affliates and agents from any and all claims, damages, or expenses arising out of or in connection with my volunteer services.

I also give my consent for Oasis of Change to take photographs, videos, or audio recordings of me while participating in volunteer activities, and to use these images and recordings in marketing materials, media releases, or other promotional materials.

I understand that my image or likeness may be used in perpetuity and I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product or products that may be created from my images or recordings.

Confidentiality Agreement:

I understand that my volunteer services may include exposure to confidential and proprietary information belonging to Oasis of Change and its clients and partners.

I agree to maintain the confidentiality of such information and not to disclose it to any third party without the prior written consent of Oasis of Change.

I will not disclose or give to any person, institution, or source any information or document that comes to my knowledge or into my possession by reason of my service to Oasis of Change.

Waiver of Liability:

I acknowledge that my volunteer services for Oasis of Change may involve the use of technology and/or software (not limited to), and I understand that there may be risks associated with such activities.

I understand that Oasis of Change cannot guarantee the safety or security of any equipment or data, and I agree to assume all risks associated with my volunteer services.

I hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless Oasis of Change and its officers, employees, agents, and assigns, from any and all claims, demands, damages, costs, expenses, and liabilities arising out of or in connection with my volunteer services, including but not limited to any injury or harm I may sustain while using technology and/or software in connection with my volunteer services.
